We currently have organic Seville oranges in the shop at £2.50 per kilogram. Time for marmalade or alternatively here’s a wonderfully simple ice cream recipe.
- Juice of 3 seville oranges
- Grated zest of 2 of them
- Mix with 175g caster sugar, stir until dissolved
- Whip 584 ml double cream and stir into juice mix
- Freeze, stirring occasionally to prevent it getting too crystalline
